I’ve been working a lot on the things I care about, trying to fill my life with them so much that there’s no room for anything else. That’s why last week I took part in seven challenges, one for each day.
The challenges came from The Little Black Book of Workout Motivation, by Michael Matthews. It was my first time doing anything like this, so I decided to document each day through a three-part video series!
Days one to three are full of cold showers, hard diets, and early mornings with no caffeine. They flipped my world upside down, as depicted below.
I had a seriously gnarly time, but it was an amazing experience. Pushing myself showed me how much I could do, and let me know I can do much more! Here’s part one:
