I’m going to be switching up my content a bit.
While I love sharing my travel stories, I’m a writer first (like the book kind). I’m also making a video game, and I usually have tons of small projects I’m working on that my blog posts never mention. These projects are part of why I started my blog in the first place, so it’s strange I don’t share them here.
These Be My Projects:
Booksz.
You may notice the Books tab on my website has no books. One of my short stories was an honorable mention in the biggest and oldest Sci-Fi/Fantasy contest around, and it’s ready to be sent off to an editor. I’ve been extending it quite a bit, but recently I realized it has to come out in two parts. So, I’ll be releasing it when it’s ready, and I’ll need eyes on it soon.
I’ve written a shitty novel before that will never see the light of day, along with other stuff I like but can’t find the right way to share. I have an excerpt of my short story along with a flash fiction piece on my Portfolio page.
Game.
Did you know I went to game dev school (for three weeks before I realized writing was more important to me)? Seriously, though, game development is a super fun hobby I enjoy picking up from time to time. For the most part, my games have been tiny and nothing really worth sharing, but my newest idea is coming together better than any of the rest. It’s basically a combination of Minecraft and Skyrim. I’ll make something about this soon (vid, blog, podcast?).
Writing Bits.
I still love writing blog posts about travel, self-improvement, and thoughts about stories and life. My goal in sharing these has always been to spread the message that you should live your life your way, and it still is. Sharing the progress of my projects is an extension of this, and I should have started it a long time ago.
Ultimately, these are the things I want to share with (all five of <3) you. I’ll link probably half of my stuff to Instagram as I do now, but if you want to know about my upcoming story, game progress, and life in general, this is the spot.
Why did I use a picture of Rome in the thumbnail? Because I love Rome.
Live your way,
Noah
I like the picture very much
